Thombani Town

Ok so this may have been asked before but i cant seem to find anything on it, but how do you get into the locked area of Thombani town? I have me and a friend standing on the pavers but as soon as one of us gets off it closes the gate again.... Someone please help me.....

Yes that is what happens. It means you need to be atleast 3 people to be able to fish in there.
