Warning for scammers

Hello FISHAO players,

The last few weeks here has been an increase of theft attempts on FISHAO accounts.

Be aware: A moderator will NEVER ask you for your password! Do not ever give someone else your account password or change your account e-mailadres to something else if someone asks you to!

There are several ways scammers try to take over your account. For example, they send you a private message and promise you expensive items for free. They will ask you to change your account e-mailadres into something else or send you a link where you have to enter your account credentials. Those promises are fake and you will lose your account if you follow their instructions, do not fall for these tricks!

There are also some Facebook scammers who pretend to be moderators, they will ask you for your password. If someone asks you for your password on Facebook, block this person as soon as you can. Report this Facebook profile and tell a real moderator about it so we can take action.
